All I Know For Sure

I love life.
I love my family.
I love being kind.
I love laughing.
I love music.
I love being happy.
I love meeting new people.
I love being helpful.
I love long walks.
I love people watching.
I love reading.
I love writing.
I love real stories.
I love listening.
I love trying hard.
I love reflecting.
I love fresh air.

When things feel like they are careening out of control
I come back to the basics
of all I know.
