All Alone Dead
When we fell in love
A couple of years ago
The sweet smile was
On our untouched lips
The burning passion was
In our beating hearts
In our thirsty eyes
In our lustful mind
Only yesterday
You left me alone
Waving the hands
That once you held me
Tight around my body
.
My tears lowered
Down my pale face
And dripped into my
hands
As the fine Arabian pearls
That I had once gifted
Into your silky hands
But another moment
Sadly disappeared
As you faded into
The dark horizon
To the misty west
My soul too went
Looking for you
Leaving me here
All alone dead.
