If the earth explodes
If the virus takes out your dendrites
If a wild child sneaks into your dreams
If there is an opportunity to be kind
Be kind
Start with yourself
Be your best friend
Say kind things to yourself
Look in the mirror and smile
Arm yourself with happiness
It will make kindness more natural
If people are hoarding
If there is no more toilet paper
If a woman grabs your groceries out of your cart
If there is a chance to help one person
Be kind
Saturate your family
With positivity and warmth
Think words before they escape
Only voice optimism and encouragement
Be daring and bold
Exude kindness daily
