Hello to you my little soul
I know your there
Don’t need be told
You went from here
So very fast
You didn’t come
To do a task
You said hello
And spread much joy
You where no bigger
Than a toy
All too soon
You went away
You hardly lasted
Here a day.
You left us all
And took your way
You didn’t have
The strength to wave
You touched on hearts
And left your mark
Tears been shed
So very far.
So know you now
My little soul
Your name will keep
Till days gone old.
