The form is BRIAN STRAND'S 'Deeswheat' is a Tanka/Cinquain Triplet with an integral capitalized title headings making a separate internal triplet poem, foreach section of the unified cinquain has single word for each tanka style show 3 & tell 2 giving an overall 18 line deeswheat enigmatic experimental verse.

Andrea, the form is a bit more difficult than the Minichu! Brian had informed that PS wouldn't except the Deeswheat formally due to the tanka having- not same syllable count as traditional. 🧐 Thanks for the visit, always a joy to see you :)
