Alaska

What icy wind has brought this darkened day it hearkens to the depth of it's bowel from this day hence, until the month of May like the lonely wolf mates, deep throaty howl to breathe is almost like a winter fray as so dost the Arctic Polar Bear scowl My heart yearns for the budding in April Thus will quell this winters foreboding shrill Tough style!

Nature and its' beauty... so breathtaking, yet wise with instinct, indeed. Jan

This Is Excellent ! ... I Love It When It's Cold Outside and I Don't Have To Get Out In It (smile) ... But You Showed Us A Moment of The Winter's Savage Beauty ... (The Wind Howling, The Wolf) Now's The Time To Get That Fireplace Cracklin' ... & The Form of This Poem is Unique ... Love It ... MoonBee

Hi Richard, A wonderfully written Ottava rima. A new form of poetry for me. I'm from Alaska and winter is here in all its glory. I love the winter festivities! The northern lights with the moon that lights up the snow. Every season is very beautiful here! Thanks for sharing, smile. Happy Holiday season to you and yours. Love Light Patty

Sounds like a cold and forboding place to be. Of course, we know that it is just a topic. Keep the creative pen flowing. Sara
