Airy Surface

These moments that I strive to breathe
I find myself consumed with disbelief
Fear and no sense of relief

I grasp for air
but I cant seem to find any here
No where to be found, not even over there

I know I am strong
even when things go wrong
I have a constant reminder that i do belong

People are always loosing their way
but I dont want to be like that and fall astray
I want to focus on the one above, to make me as bright as a sunshining day

I feel so fluttery and out of place
but I know Im here to finish the race
So, I take a step back and see your face
To help me through with sufficient grace
