Airport
AIRPORT
I can see
Your ways
Ascending higher and farther
Into the clouds of white and gray.
It is cold in here,
Where I woke from my shallow sleep,
Peering through the desolate space,
To the glorious sun.
In another land,
You may be filled,
With another taste and nuances,
That could make us even farther apart,
Unless we go deeper, where the cold weather,
Can’t even seep in.
I am rising too, maybe slower
But deeper and widening,
And soon much encompassing, and greater,
When we will rejoin
In a broader world of love and togetherness.
