I could write all day long
Of the greatness of Agostinho Neto
A hero whose courage
Inspires our age.
A fearless soldier, he fought
With a pen for a noble cause
Steering Angola's liberation
From Portugal's tight grasp.
A sweet poet, he wove
Words to guide us all across.
In Grieve Lands of Africa, a masterpiece
He simplified man's quest for peace.
The list goes on and on
Of heroes whose legacies remain strong.
