Agony

Pain is like a shadow,
always lurking in the dark
It's a feeling of despair
that leaves a heavy mark.

It's a deep and heavy burden,
that can never be ignored
It's a heavy blanket of sadness
that can never be stored.

It's a feeling of helplessness,
we cannot understand
It's a feeling of loneliness
that no one can withstand.

It's a deep and painful ache
that never fades away
It's a feeling of despair
that will never go away.

Pain is like a monster,
it can never be tamed
It's a feeling of sorrow
that can never be explained.
