Agnosticism Debunked

Spoken ex cathedra from a group so astute, "For sure and for certain there are no absolutes!" And who in the world could doubt their claim, solid like a stone. Men whose duty it is to know that nothing can be known. NOTE: ex cathedra is Latin for "from the seat of authority".

It always drives me crazy when people keep searching for answers that aren't there because our minds just can't grasp that there is an Ultimate Being who created us. Man always has to explain things instead of just depending on faith. We're too stubborn to realize that. Nice one.

The carnal say, I will believe it when I see it. The spiritual (and the Bible) say, I will see it when I believe it. Appreciate your visit!

Interesting poem. I can never get the "agnostic" philosophy on life... surely there has to be a reason we are born on this earth?? Anyway, as a Christian, I have plenty to say, but this is not the space. Love the last line.. "Men whose duty it is to know that nothing can be Known...."

I agree Kim... there are bigger things out there beyond our understanding. I'll soon be sharing another philosophical write... might be more to your liking :)

Thanks Rick! Still appreciate agnosticism over overt atheism. At least they admit they don't know - and they know they don't know... you know ;) Now I'm just being silly...
