Ageing

Irish proverb says: "Don't regret growing older. It is a privilege denied to many." Ageing is only a process, one need to accept with ease for a peaceful living. Old age doesn't define a person wholly; It’s one's attitudes, action does explain. Why link ageing with one's image? One shouldn’t let perceptions coldly to prevail to dim her brilliance, to deign. Doing what makes one to show intellect is a form of self-care only. Yet, when one treats self with self-love, respect positive thoughts help to change the mindset. ~X~X~X~
