Age

Trembling hands highlight
Misshapen fingers
Reaching, remembering
Smoothness and beauty;
Webs of lined skin
Have their own charm
Like a treasured tapestry;
Hearing has dimmed
But eyes are alert:
Watching, observing
With wisdom of age.
