We have been studying the full armor of God in my bible study group at church.

Against Darkness A: Armor is the protective G: Gear to guard A: Against the fiery darts I: In combat of good vs evil N: No greater threat S: Stands in our way T: Than the darkness from the devil himself. D: Defense is given with the shield of faith A: And because you need to stand strong R: Remember your shoes, the gospel of peace K: Keep truth around your waist N: Need the breastplate of righteousness E: Ease into mind protection with the helmet of salvation S: Swing the sword of the spirit S: See the protection of the Lord.

Excellent, Miranda. Have studied that passage also at my church and taught it to sixth graders in Sunday School. An aside: One of my concerns with AI is truth. We need this armor increasingly as the culture changes in our nation.

AI, the newest computer thing to either answer questions for the world and or lie to the masses. The armor of God is a perfect topic for middle school group of kids.

You did this acrostic. Very well. I enjoyed how you use different articles of clothing to prepare for battle against evil. Was this for a contest?

No, it to my knowledge does not fit into any contest. My inspiration came from Ephesians 6: 10-18 where we are studying this at my church in great detail. If you are not familiar with it may I suggest you read it in the NKJV, or if that is a little hard to understand reading it in the NLT makes it really easy.
