Again
Here I am, Again,
Same place I’ve always been.
Nothing has changed, Again,
Same face I’ve always seen. (in the mirror)
I put myself out there, Again,
Only to have my heart broken.
How could I be so mistaken, Again?
(Questioning the words that were spoken)
Here I am, Again,
Same me as always
Left with nothing but Hope, Again,
Praying that (always) will change.
I am still me, Again.
Believing that things will change,
And I’ll feel the same, Again.
Here I am, Again.
