A remembrance of Proust's "Remembrance of Things Past". It took him over 3,000 pages, but you simply summed it up Maureen. Kudos!!!

Funny how the taste of something can evoke a memory - for me it's peanut butter and maple syrup sandwiches (sounds weird but completely yummy!)

Actually sounds amazing. Love the maple syrup, the darker the better.
