Afternoon Tan

She bathes in sunlight
Awaiting his lotioned hands
Only to burn more

He comes to her side
Balm splattered on her soft skin
Providing massage

She, in turn, quivers
As the chilly wet moisture
Gives way to goose bumps

Hands give skin delights
As smiles fall upon the two
And heat between burns
