Afterglow

You can find me in the afterglow,
Beneath the embers that scorch the sky,
Pierced through clouds of darkest hues,
Encased in thoughts of tomorrow,

Search for me in the afterglow,
Between the shades of blue,
Pierced through the darkest night,
Amongst the stars and moon,

I am waiting in the afterglow,
Beneath a sky that burns with light,
Pierced through an errant atmosphere,
Encased in thoughts of tomorrow.
