afterglow
A family of ducks and ducklings decided to cross noon road,
an old man slowed down his slower gait, stood on road to halt traffic,
when birds were safe, he went back to his place feeling happy like god
He did not see that the thankful hen clucked and nodded at him too.
acted in kindness
both giver and receiver
bathe in afterglow
