gave the wood for Kleck Stubblefield's Bassoon!

Caviar, truffles and Prime-Cuts

We installed a Stone Mill in our new barkery.
It took up a lot of space, but people
who know great food who are in the industry
would come to our place and jus start working.
It is an experince.Stone-milled flour is ground 
slowly between heavy stones,. It is actually better
than the store bought stuff.  The grinding method keeps
 the entire wheat kernel intact, including the nutrient-rich
 germ and bran. Store bought flours have a longer shelf
life But having a chance to enjoy the richness of the product is
worth every penny. Stone-milled flour offers a richer, earthier
 flavor and higher nutrition, while store-bought flour offers a
 fluffier texture and extended shelf life.We made cream of wheat
using our mill. Generically, Cream of Wheat is called 
farina or semolina. It is a hot, creamy breakfast porridge made
 by milling ground wheat kernels,. Grilled cheese made with our
loaves with the farina made here is a great breakfast paired with
scramble eggs and bacon!
