After a Summer Rain

clouds
dark detaching with
bright sunlit parts
rainbow
multihued emerging with
magical glorious glow

Silent One thank you so much... Actually, I came here to participate in the contest. this was written for a contest 'Paint A Picture', but as I forgot to date the poem, it didn't place. This group is amazing all poets encouraging each other... so, I continue to exist here. Have a wonderful, cheerful day my friend. :)

Welcome to Poetry Soup, Anitha! Your nature poem of rainbow emerging from clouds describes the hope we hold onto when life grows discouraging. I hope you find the community of poets to be mutually supportive and encouraging to you. Enjoy your day ~ John
