Be Cool

Just like James Dean

And his leather coat was so soft

His ledger was smoke only,

When it’s time to play

His winds were elegant

And air was elegant

High times

Cliff climb

A speed racer

And no time to talk

It’s just move

And just go ahead

The 1st place finisher

The only one built for this

And so, being cool takes a lot time

Lastly, cool is just this Awesome.

Love making

My love runs deeper than the abyss

And the washing of my blood is

As pure as the blue waters

Hot and spicy

The making of a man

And just like fine silk or satin

It’s a work in progress

The motion goes

up and down and all around

I can’t stopped

It only goes where I want it to go

The rip and pull and the hard

Or soft pull ups

Wow, spills of soft feathers

Running off legs and turning out

Her prairie can be heard in tombs

Click a clack

and night that’s when I’m off.

Allegiance

Areba’

Sizzle and summer

Now Go, Go, Go

And going in and going down

Now its coming in and coming down

Its Tito Puente

And Celia Cruz

Salsa and samba

What a CA-rumba.

Kindred

Two souls entangled

One man, one woman

Both kindred spirits

In toe

A broken heart

Laid out by the woman

& She claims Ethiopia

While he claims Africa

And now it’s time for them both to heal

He, a riotous mighty Osiris

There wind, there neck, it charms

Them both

Man he is

Son of god he claims

And the woman is a lady of the moon

Taking flight at night

They gather rain storms

With the sun and earth

Chills and more chills

Until later they both will remain

Unfazed by their adversaries.

Brown skin

Hey there my brown skin

Are you ash’

Then grab some

Shea’ butter and

Oil some my way

Dear brown skin

Why are you now afraid?

Afraid of the darker ones

Light skin it lights up

All while yours seem to stay

A lie

Out of the sight you take pleasers

Across the seas

Them you may take up tree bees

Why not pop up

A dream of Polynesian marks

And speak toward the covering of skin

Used for Brown skin and its elements’.

Jelly roll

Jelly roll

Pimpen’ stroll

Do this as it goes

Sweet on pastry’s

And now it’s plain to see

You’re not in a dip

Your back and black

in the innermost ways

See this is some easy stuff

That remains ran

If its money you’re after, then

My wife’s maybe captured

And so pimp my soul not hers

Never will you get my epiphany

Because it’s in time

Straight in all its claim

You remain vigil in them flowers’

So be will or be gone

From sight and someone differs

I guess they will never ever

Forget about Jelly Roll.

Sugar shack

The sugar shack

Is a place we call home

A place to get throned

You come here and find pretty

Women, and tickle their little toes

Play with big money

Or get ready to go home

Sugar, Sugar

That’s what I call it

So some hither, hither,

Because in here we don’t ever

Play around

Sugar, Sugar.
