red suitcase, pretty girl 
plaid skirt, perky, sassy 
blue truck stopped, he wore blue jeans
handsome and young, she hopped in 
An adventure began
In small town Nebraska

I love the innocence of this poem, Caren! I think nowadays we’ve lost that ability to seek adventure without the awful possibility of running into some sickos out there…
