Advent

go tell it on the mountain
over the hills and far away
go tell each and every one that Jesus is alive today
at christmas time it does not matter
if our gifts are big or small
for the birth of Jesus will always be the greatest gift of all
he came to save us he gave us everything that he had
so this christmas have a great celebration rejoice and be glad
Jesus is the reason that we live
and his love is the best thing to others that we can give
Jesus is the one that makes us thrive
shout it from the rooftops tis christmas that Jesus is alive.

for the advent contest, based on open or close first line of a christian carol.

the webook you told me about will not let me start a project, also writing on this type of site is only legal if you write in a book like form[projects] but the other way is not legal which is in different projects and random poems. cool site but if i cant put nothing in a tangible form im cool. also i wanted to know why you commented on a poem that no one reads.

"Hello Precious & Blessed Diane Christian & Those Lights Aside Your Life!"~I just wanted to by to tell you how glad I am that you are all getting better from those nasty colds~and also, to let you know how happy I am that you have time off now for the family and holidays! I always love hearing from "You" dear lady! "You Are," one of my very favorite souls within this place!! Thanks for your welcome observations Diane. The poem was inspired by the opening verses of Psalm 13.This often happens to me with my poetry ..the inspiration can happen any where any time ..during a message or sermon..or a hymn or a song some phrase just seems to be popped in there by the Holy Spirit.Rgds Brian & may God bless you richly in your creative gifts. My 'Do You Know Him' is a good example of just that circumstance

And, "God of Wonders," is one of my all time most favorite songs---It was the first song that the choir and Church sang, after my Baptism that day---Everytime I listen to it, I bow upon my knees, and send "God and Jesus" my love! As I now send unto all of you, always and forever, John!:) "Happy Holidays Everyone, Bye!:)
