Adore Nevermore

Here is a gift to let you know I still exist You’ll remember the last time that we kissed In all this time I’d hoped I was missed Now I stand in your midst There is a twist You slowly get the gist You say I have the right to be pissed And insist I use my fists Then, I remember how we used to have fun And how you used to come undone It wasn’t meant to last in the long run But are we really done? And I wanted to see you more But you left me uncared for I adore nevermore What can you answer for? You’ve smoked a lot of Mary Jane How’s your body your brain? Works driving you completely insane You should really abstain Now how do I fix this? Maybe with a kiss I’d be remiss if I didn’t fall back into bliss And let our demons hiss You wont be dismissed You’re so hard to resist Fingers wrapped around wrists Maybe we can still coexist
