Adorable as a Puppy

She had an adorable cheekiness
Impish mannerisms, coquettish way
There was a fresh earnestness about her
She was not a rogue, but close
Loveable as a three-month-old puppy
With ginger hair instead of fur
And those large chocolate puppy-dog eyes
