Adenoid Facies
His pinched up nostrils,
His bat-ears,
He is hard to hear,
His eyes stare----
--With vacant expression----
And mouth open,
With protruding incisors,
His saliva dribbles.
Clinician! Can you offer diagnosis?
No? Oh! It's Enlarged Adenoids!
