Addiction Leads To Destruction
Develop never any addiction
No addiction is a benediction
That gives a fine protection
Avoid bad habits' induction
Once in addiction you are caught
That will make you struggle a lot
You can't remove it from thought
Then peace will be a big naught
Prevention alone is the best remedy
To follow bad habits, be never ready,
As they will put you surely in jeopardy
By making the flow of troubles steady
Once for bad habits you give a room
They will gradually fill life with gloom
There will be in sorrows a severe boom
Then, you will be forced to face doom
Bad habits will be initially damn thrilling
With joy and mirth, life, they will be filling
They will grant you a hilarious feeling
Later, with troubles, you will be dealing
Every bad habit, you must properly identify
And its enticement, you must strongly defy
A chance for it, in your life, you must deny
As its good effect is indeed a dangerous lie
When wish reaches the stage of obsession
Then, an addiction is in your possession,
Stopping it alone is the wisest decision
Or else it will take only to full destruction
Do nothing beyond a certain limit
If your mind wants, never permit
The desire may come to often hit
But, by using will, firmly prohibit
Every habit must be in your control
No habit, you, by being blind, enroll
Bad habits are no diamond, but coal
They will definitely cripple your soul
Always weigh wisely the pros and cons
And give to bad habits no single chance
Your determination, shrewdly enhance
Bad habits make the holder their pawns!
