Across the Sky

So, on my stone
“I loved them all”
I was alone
I loved too much
For her, I see
My heart did fall
She’s not for me
Nor is her touch

She never knew
At least I think
How my heart grew
As time passed by
Oh how I failed
As ships do sink
That should have sailed
Across the sky

Six feet under
It is my time
Will you wonder,
What went wrong?
Here’s the answer
Here is the rhyme
“Love’s a cancer”
This is my song
