Acceptance

Denial, anger, bargaining, and depression
Barely behind me, I pick up pieces
                          and carry on
                            as best I can

It took ages to process, I’ll never forget
Just learn to respect the cycle of life
Embrace its inevitability
Appreciate the miracle of fleeting time

        Is it change inescapable
        That makes departed love most dear?

                          Divine treasure
                            Precarious
