Abundant Life
Abandon the practices that leave lifeless the soul;
Bountiful nourishment, with pure air, that makes the body whole.
Understand that life flows from the Lord.
Normalize water for your organs to work in accord.
Dancing is exercise that is so much fun,
And sunlight is power to make life truly run.
Nuts are a source of healthy fat you need;
Then exercise grants your body strength indeed.
Lift your voice in praises high to God above,
Illuminate your spirit with the warm rays of His love.
Favor temperance, as a lifestyle worthy to obey;
Ensuring sufficient rest is the healthy way.
