Abrupt

In this maze
We walk in daze
Mad with sad craze

On this earth
Quest knows sure birth
Odd as fine mirth

In start breeze
Sticky moves squeeze
A humid sneeze

Here we stand
Around the bend
Do what we can

Wonder stares
Abrupt old cares
Going nowhere

Now here sit
Watch easy wit
Compact new fit

Gone too soon
Ere light floods noon
A final boon

Yes too late
Abrupt this fate
At the last gate

If only
You could see me
With dream set free
