Heidi Sands Poet Rhyme

Above a Stream

As I float above a stream in blue sky
I watch images and hear whisper below
Shattered thoughts in reflections going by
     Our love is sinking in the water flow
     My fragile heart does break
     As my new smiles turn fake
     The tears are now awake
                            Dreadful thoughts surge
        As we submerge
          Let us converge
So I plead for you to understand why
To accept there are things you do not know
Trust in the direction the stream does take
                            Let love not purge
