Abiding Drive To Win

As one pushes harder and bettor, an abating sense might resolve. 
Birds shout in manners other than uproarious yells while rising 
When time is short, aplomb is a conundrum to evolve. 
Should profoundly breathe out, for negative cogency sparing.
