Abc Poem: a To Z of Life

After all was said and done Before I’d reached a clear conclusion Could It ever be the same Down the years of trial and error Estimation of the future For the best determination Going over and again Heading nowhere so it seemed I should know by now much better Jeopardy is never distant Killing time is not the answer Living life not in the present Makes no sense to blame another Never taking a decision Only makes for consequences Postulated not by me Quite opaque the future seemed Reason lost in the confusion Still it never is too late To pick up the shards of life Undismayed by past disasters Vesting promise in the future Wing and prayer the mode of travel Xerox me with better answers Yield them for consideration Zest of life the validation
