Well, guess what, I read all the way to end of March with this one, Gert. How did I lose so much time reading your poetry? Time sure does go quick indeed. first line, too instead of to. I just checked my fav poets list and saw I did not even have you on it yet. Silly me. You are too awesome not to fav. Bye now, I only have 15 min. for all the other poets. hahaha. LUv, andrea

Gert, I have too much to do, so I finally need to get off here fast. I just got a big win in another contest so that took the sting out of forgetting to enter my LOL correctly. haha. Anyway, I will copy down that email address of yours to get your recipes. Thanks for your comments today. LUv,Andrea

When I see these places, I always wondered who lived there and what their lives were like. But another thought comes to mind as well, Gert -- Fixer Upper! Tanka you for your great poem! The event I described in "Pushing too Hard" happened to me when I was 27. I have survived and can relate the recovery process to your comment about pulling out of quicksand. We're both survivors! Love, Carolyn

There is something so facinating about old houses. Stories they could tell...such a history! I love to explore. Nicely done, Gert! Carrie
