Abandoned

Oh, my word I’m in a pickle on this day, My amazing muse has gone astray. She just up and left on this Wednesday, What I do my thoughts are in disarray. Shall I make a missing report today? I feel so lost and it’s just Thursday! Maybe I’ll file the report on Friday. Inspired by Jennifer's poem Dear Poetry Soup Friends Alexis Y. 11-09-2021
