A Yoga Meditation
A spiritual warrior,
I salute the sun;
breathe in its energy.
Light filling my whole body,
my whole being;
muscles stretch and oxygenate.
In the prone,
bellows breath massages organs;
brain drinks oxygen and revives.
Prone revitalization,
sustains another day;
I am one with Earth and sky;
a harmonic convergence sustains the
body, mind and soul.
Spirit in a material realm;
I commune with Heaven and Earth;
mortality is no barrier,
in the oneness.
