A World of Wonders
A world of wonder beckons beyond my bedroom windows,
Trees moving with the gentle winds,
leaves dance gracefully like a maiden in green,
Flowers bloom, an explosion of color and beauty symbolizing mother nature's blessing,
Birds soaring in the infinite skies singing a tune of joy and solace,
Amidst this beauty even the darkness moves with caution
slowly covering the fields around,
Crickets mark nightfall, with their musical applause,
Mother Nature shows her kindness, gifting us with serenity,
Often i stare at the heavens and its veil of stars,
Pondering if all i see is but an illusion,
Slumber awaits , a first class ticket to where dreams are made,
I go now , boarding the train towards whatever adventure awaits,
Hoping and praying that the worlds wonders don't escape me,
no matter how late i wake...
