A Word For My Brothers

My soul cries as my brothers sleep
I leap towards the light before darkness creeps
Destiny has offered another sorrow to face
This time it’s not just me but the whole race

Just when I thought the twist is over
The storm came one after the other
Many of my fellows started to cry
Others left their places with as sigh

Smile your way through the storm
Laugh even if the winds blow you home
Though this dreadful night is far from over
A heartfelt sight will help you get over

Our race may be separated by distance
But in our hearts brotherhood is given importance
We may not be as rich as your land
But the browns will give you a helping hand.

When you think the world is own your shoulder
Just look up and hell give you thoughts to ponder
Maybe the wind is just here for a while
Try to stand up and face the world with a smile!
