A Wisdom Driven Life

The Book of Proverbs deals with wisdom and instructions
Its God's word on how to live a life of knowledgeable production
Its a reflection on godly actions and godly behavior
A wisdom driven book served with some spiritual flavor
So when you read this book don't take it literally
Contextualize the words and reflect on them conceptually

Wisdom is supreme and we need to heed it totally
And then apply it to life in a way most seriously
And when we use the words of God and all the truth it contains
Lead us not to our own understanding but allow the Holy Spirit to reign
To meditate and contemplate on the anointed word of God
By infusing it into our souls, our minds and our hearts

A wisdom driven life is to come to discover
That If you use godly wisdom over adversity you'll recover
Now better able to deal with life's highs and lows
Now better able to deal with people and their drama shows
Now better able to overcome addictions in all its forms
By apply godly wisdom to help you stay strong

A wisdom driven life is to trust in God's directions
By using His wisdom with skillful discretion
Now prepared when opportunity does come
Not allowing anything to make you cut and run
And it matters not your age, your gender nor your race
Now using godly wisdom to rise up in place

So don't allow anyone to perceive you as just a hustler or a taker
Use the gifts that God's given to you to be a mover and a shaker
No longer to use social media as just something to amuse
To turn it into a business so that income will infuse
To stop using drugs and alcohol to anesthetize your pain
No longer distracted as a way to deflect your hurt and shame
Now thinking outside of the box and letting wisdom rule
As wisdom is knowledge and knowledge is God's most powerful tool
