A Wild Sweet Night

A wild sweet night I would spend with you,
With arms open wide I would blend with you;
To wander with the wind in Elysian fields,
Where poppies sleep and your touch heals.
Let's sip the dew of midnight's wine,
Turn back the clock to lose track of time.
My body is yearning and I yield to you,
My heart is burning and I turn to you.
The promise of Eden is forever there,
And the promise of love is ours to share;
Let's join hands and dance with the night,
As hearts join as one to romance in our flight.
Let the magic of your fingers join with mine,
Let me look in your eyes the feast is fine;
Till the rose of morning brings dawn's early ray,
And the loving of night greets the reality of day.

A beautiful poem of passion and tenderness. Two people together, and in love... what could be sweeter! :)

Fantastic 'A wild sweet Night' really sweet. I think everyone asks such wild night even for a day in one's life and real love prefers your lyric in poem
