toasts a calloused skin
a definitive bouquet
a calming pitch
the ocean embraces me

I love this kind, short and well thought out, Maurice. If you played with it, it could be made into an ideal tanka! This is the kind I love to fave though I enjoyed your story immensely too. I hope tonight will be better for you than last night. You are such a kind and patient man!
