A Welcoming Smile

Have you ever really looked at the people
As your eyes meet when you pass by each other?
Do they have the same dreams and aspirations?
Are their lives complete with both family and friends?
Or are they alone in this vast busy world,
And devoid of the milk of human kindness?
Why not give the stranger a welcoming smile;
A gift to light their path for just a moment.
