A war has waged

A war has waged
Not on the battle filed, but in my mind
One won while the other lost
Bloodshed enveloped the scene
One thought prevailed over the other

A joyous day to be celebrated
Yet my heart is in chaos of its own
My choices, my wishes
They don't seem to blend
A war between me and them

How can I understand others?
When I can't even understand my feeling
Things continue to change
Like into dislikes
Sweet to pain

Seems like an empty shell
Dig to be found
Placed under someone's care
With no emotions to spare
A war has waged
