A Walk At Night

Long walks at night A cold breath freezes my soul The moon warms it up She shines in my body, But my blind eyes cannot see it I was told she had a face like a clock She spots the thieves by the garden wall She hushes children And charms the flowers to close their eyes Until the rooster sings his song
