A Walk

It matters not where you live, it could be Italy or Greece. No matter where you live, a walk will give you peace. It matters not the troubles in your mind, which come and go of a varied kind A simple walk is all that’s needed, to clear those thoughts, I find. It matters not whether the sun shines, or whether it rains or hails, You can dress yourself accordingly, venture out and see what prevails. It matters not your age, whether you be young or old, You can nod your head, acknowledge everyone, if you care to be so bold. It matters not whether you be rich or whether you be poor, A walk is always free, so venture out, go on, open your door!!

This sounds so rhythmic to read. The poem itself is like a walk to me. But I will also take your advice, thank you!

Good advice Ron. A walk a day may keep the doctor away as well as an apple. I love my daily walks. A great time to reflect on life and I seldom take a walk without learning a lesson or discovering a new awareness of someone or something. Walk On! Bill
