A vow taken.
Can it be withdrawn,
And still remain true to its nature?
And still remain true to its being?
A vow taken
Can it be withheld?
A promise made to God
Cannot be abandoned.
To continue to ask
For something which
Cannot
Be given
Is not appreciated.
I will cease mention of
Marriage,
If you cease mention of
You know what.
