A Vampire Lover's Prayer

As your
eyes pierce
through my veil and your
voice rattles
my conscience, I
dare turning
my neck
to you as an offer

Haunt
my spirit while you chase
me down to where I can
no longer
hide, please.

Grab
my wrists while you bite
the life out of me till I can
no longer
fight against you, please.

Hold
my waist while you sink
into my body till I can
no longer
think straight, please.

Ravage
my heart while you devastate
my guts so that I can
no longer
remember my name, please.

Then, give me a new
life saying
my name
back to me so that I can
no longer
forget who
I am and why
you love
me so much.
