A Ubiquitous Word

Love is a ubiquitous word that's lost its oomph along the way. A colloquialism for like, it has become a filler word. On the Internet and FaceBook, love is a ubiquitous word. Any attached sentiment slips into redundancy with use. It is over-commercialized unattached from reality. Love is a ubiquitous word, yet time has warped its true meaning. I want to express my feelings and tell you what is in my heart. But how do I voice such thoughts when love is a ubiquitous word?

It is amazing how words change from decade to decade, bantered about and breathed differently by a variety of generations. I still believe love means much, and use it liberally, Emile, as some have been raised without it, and must hear it thousands of time to actually hear it at all. Nice one, my friend. Lovely as usual.
